The Founders Performance Pool

Upon registration with one of the exciting packages you have the opportunity to become one of TheARN’s founders and earn from the founders performance pool. The FPP will consist of 1% of the total global commissionable sales of TheARN which will be divided by the number shares held by qualified individuals. This pool will pay out monthly based on the previous month’s sales. Qualifications are based on the position you selected upon pre-enrolment and the fact that all parties are qualified for at least 60 days after launch.

2% Pre Launch Shares Pool

This is your chance to not only be rewarded for the work you do to help the company launch, but your opportunity to own a piece of the company’s success. The Pre Launch Shares Pool is truly your opportunity to reward yourself for your effort and to be proud of building something that will be industry changing. TheARN has created a 2% shares pool that will take 2% of the total shares available in the company whether Private or Public. Based on your pre-launch package selection and performance during pre-launch you will be eligible to earn shares from this pool. TheARN is presently securing the trading symbol rights to openly trade on the public stock market thereby adding further value to your future.

Example Only: if TheARN starts trading with 100,000,000 trading shares and the pool is 2% that it results in 2,000,000 shares in the pool. The pool will be closed 5 days prior to open trading and for this example let’s assume that only 160 people qualify for the pool. They would each be rewarded a shares certificate of 2,000,000 divided by 160 = 12,500 shares.
